The SMARTSCAN Aircraft Wheel Inspection System is designed to test main and nose wheels of aircraft and helicopters from various manufacturers, meeting ISO 15548-1 standards. It inspects wheel areas such as tubewell, bead seat, and flange, with parameters covering outer diameters ranging from 7.5 inches to 35 inches and centered hole diameters from 1.57 inches to 8 inches. The system includes components like a wheel table, hub grip mechanism, lifting/lowering mechanism, rotating mechanism, and Eddycon CL flaw detector stand, available in two versions: SMARTSCAN for semi-automated inspection and SMARTSCAN-FA for fully automated inspection with features like defect mode stop, inspection result storage, and inspection report printouts.
